Terms and conditions
Our terms in plain language. You also get them on paper with every quote.
Quotes
After a visit you get a quote with a price for each room. It is valid for 30 days. The price in the quote is what you pay, unless we agree otherwise together.
Extra work
If we find something behind old paint or wallpaper that was not in the quote, such as loose plaster or a rotten lath in a reed ceiling, we talk to you first. We never do extra work without your agreement.
Drying time and planning
Lime dries at its own pace. In damp weather a coat sometimes needs an extra day. If that pushes the schedule back, we tell you as early as we can. We never charge extra for it.
Payment
For jobs over €3,000 we ask for 30% at the start. You pay the rest within 14 days of completion, by invoice.
Guarantee
We guarantee the adhesion of lime plaster and decorative plaster for 10 years, and limewash and concrete look for 2 years. Damage from leaks, building work by others or cleaning with abrasives is not covered.
Liability
If something goes wrong because of our mistake, we'll put it right. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
